Janis is fearless when it comes to doing video tours as well as in person tours. She never hesitated to go far afield in my search for a property. Janis was wonderful. She was beyond accommodating and helpful from the first visit. She did an excellent job at communicating with my wife and I through the whole process. This purchase was not an easy sell due to the other party involved but she held their feet to the fire and wasn't afraid to play hard ball up until the last hour, literally! She was flexible at showing the property and being there each time we needed to go. She lives outside DFW, but never showed any hesitancy putting in the long miles during the process to show many homes, and even to come back out for inspections and walk-throughs. We highly recommend Janis if you are looking for a home. If we are in the market we will definitely use her again.

I instantly connected with Janis and she hit the ground running when it came to providing us with info. Because we were out of state, she took the time to send us videos, drive the areas, and make extra time for when we flew in to scope out possibilities. She was easy to communicate with, followed through with info. needed, handled time sensitive issues and checked in often. Unfortunately, our move was put on hold so my experience with Janis stops there, but our business relationship does not. She has continued to check in and we will follow up with her when the time comes to make the move.
